I am paying for a service that I am currently not receiving. I need to gift data to my kids and in addition to this currently my data and my kids will not work outside the house WiFi. What is going on? I need to get into the app and I suspect I will still be asked to pay the same amount for my bill (with data I cannot use of transfer……). Answers please EE.

Could you try deleting and redownloading the app from the app store on your phone?
You can also gift data through the My EE desktop site.

Hello I am having the same problem. Ee app not working. Says your app is being improved and undergoing last minute maintenance. Been like this for a couple of days. Website is only showing minimal info. I need to gift data to my daughter. Not a happy customer at the moment. Have deleted app and reinstalled and still no luck. Same message on my ipad. I updated that too. Get the same message about the app being improved. It’s just not good enough. To have both systems not working at the same time. It’s a joke. What are we paying for eh? Help please asap.

Can you access the My EE app and My EE account online this morning?
If not, can you try deleting the app again, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app.

I'm having the same problem. The app is not up to date and shows my bill as outstanding altjough paid early end of May. I had to phone and after long call was promised money would be credited back to my credit card still not done... 12 days ago...
I have downloaded and reinstalled app 3 times now....
🤦♀️Not impressed....

Welcome to the community.
Was a credit being applied to your account for duplicate payments?
If the credit has been applied to your account this will reflect when your next bill is produced.

I ve jist deleted and reinstalled. Still cant access app or website from my phone. This has been going on for weeks!

There are known issues with the app and website currently. Try again in an hour or so and it should be working again.
