Last month EE took some money from my account without consent .They said i was using roaming services and I never went out of the country. They got like 20 quids off me under this claim. Whenever I try to log in to their app am getting errors for like 2 weeks now.

Got like 86 quid taken last month instead off 66 for the contract. I don't use their data often cause am using libara unlimited for data which is cost effective. Last month they said I was roaming yet I never travelled out of the country. Can ee explain why they took my money and for weeks now can't access their app .Leaving soon

Why is it every monthend your app doesn't work and suddenly people pay extra for services they didn't use 🤔 I smell a rat here .My debit order is showing 86 quid i but my contract is 66 you guys are a joke .You ar3 breaching your contract with me .Will remove my debit order and pay manually I think that will serve you right ️

Welcome to the community.

I know it can be a shock when your bill is higher than expected.

Have you tried to login through the EE website to see if you can view your bill there?

When you say you were told it was for roaming, did you receive any texts to say you were abroad? It is possible for the phone to connect to another network if you are picking up a strong signal next to the coast.
