App is allways down. By WiFi playing up more time this week than ever before!

Our app does sometimes need to be taken down overnight for maintenance, but if these issues persist constantly then it's worth seeing if the browser version of our site works.
This also displays all your billing details, and can help us understand if these issues are specific to the app, or your account as a whole.
If you're struggling with your WiFi too, I'd recommend trying our fault checker by sending a text with HELP to 66033.
This will guide you through some troubleshooting steps, perform a test on your line, and if we're unable to receive things here we'll next look at either a call back from our team, or an engineer appointment.
