All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

Hi,
I bought two Pay as you go SIMs, one with £10 and the other £15 packs, from EE's online shop. For both sims, with them in the phone, I can only receive but not send SMS and make calls, with a message saying that there is not enough credit. I also cannot use mobile data. Sending AL to 150 got a reply with "Your current balance as of today 19:34 is £0.00", for both sim cards.
Login to MyEE reports the same, although it recognise the pack that I'd purchased:-
Could you please let me know how to activate the pack that I purchased with the SIM card?

@peterg - same here too. Though the pack is definitely active, had to double check using http://add-on.ee.co.uk , when that URL does work occasionally when on 4G EE Network.

My 100 GB data is all gone/lost just in one day? Also my texts and calls, is all gone to Zero, what going on EE?
I try to check my EE app and website my EE. Still appear anything on 0 or Errors on page, it really frustrating and forced myself to buy another add-on-site😰😰😰

@jlawjay : Did you pay £10 & £15 respectively for them or were they free? If the former, did they come with e-Vouchers top-up codes?
