If anyone from EE is reading this message, please can EE send out prior notification of app maintenance and downtime by whatever channel possible. It's unacceptable that EE decides their own update schedule affecting customer facing service. Thank you.

You can check the bill amount by texting BILL to 150

Why the hell do we have so many App problems in the evening? Is it that broken? Why can’t it be fixed after midnight?
once again I can’t control my teenagers’ sims and WiFi access just when I need to.
EE, this is terrible customer service. Every bloody week, sometimes many nights a week.
Fix the thing once and for all, or delete it and get someone to build you a better one.

What is wrong with EE!! The app is always being updated. Would it hurt you to tell everyone in advance that the app is going down at a scheduled time!! Seems to work wonders when you want money from us all in promos and deals. For crying out loud!!

Totally agree. Just tried to extend my sons screen time and cannot get into the App AGAIN!!!!!!
Totally peed off with EE. They keep sending me offers to upgrade and take out mobile phone and tv package, but they can shove it up their **bleep** hole. Customer service is crap. It should say how long it’s going to be down out give us some sort of notice before it goes offline.

I think the app will take 12 to 24hrs to come back or you can pay your bill dial 150 listen to the options
