Adding New Pay Monthly Service to EE online account

I have just received my shiny new EE pay monthly sim however the service it is connected to is not appearing in my EE app. I can only see an old pay-as-you-go service.

 

Any suggestions?

@tri82  Did you keep your old PAYG number?  If you didn’t then you need to setup a new account as it’s a different number so different account. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

If you are using the same number or email address linked to an old account, please call us on 150 and the team can get this removed for you 🙂
