Why does my account keep saying I am not the account holder ? Please let the account holder log in , when I am the account holder , I cannot do anything on my account

Hi @Kurtis4 

Welcome to the community.

You just need to head to the 'manage numbers' section of your My EE account, then update yourself as the 'Bill Payer'.

Hi Chris , thank you for the reply , I have already tried this , it says I'm the account holder on there and the bill payer etc , says I have all permissions , and then when I go back to the upgrade screen , it say I'm not the account holder and for the account holder to log in .

That's really strange, @Kurtis4.

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so we can check how it's set up from our side.

Ok I will try contact them again as I had no luck getting through on the phone after waiting for ages and ages
