Why can I no longer access my account - after your ‘so called’ improvements???   Rubbish.  I’ve been lied to about an upgrade & now no- one will listen to my complaint.   I’m paying  £20 MORE a month than I need to - or pay £300 to get out of a contract I didn’t know I was put onto. BEYOND ANGRY.  (pensioner)

@outofdoorsgirl , have you made sure that you have the latest version? Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

You may need to ring customer service to get your account reset.

You should be able to log in via the website to access your account.

@outofdoorsgirl  Have you tried clearing the device cache?      Can you login to your online account?
