I have recently moved from pay as you go to a contracted eSIM. Since changing over it says my account has been closed and I can’t view anything on my app. I haven’t closed my account or changed my number or anything. Since I can’t view anything I can’t see when my payment days are for my contract and I can’t view how much of my data, calls or texts I have used.

Hi @Bella32,

Welcome to the EE Community

The closed account in question will be the pay as you go account, as a separate account will have been created for your new pay monthly contract. So it means your online EEID has the Payg account linked still.

When you login if you can access the profile section with the top right portrait icon, then select link a product, try linking up your new pay monthly account by following the instructions there.

If you have any issue please give our team a call and they will be able to get the online account sorted for you so that you can keep track and manage your account moving forward.

You need to call CS to delete your old PAYG MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new contract MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.
