hi there, so I recently got a new phone and I can’t access my ee app to show me my usage for my new number, I’ve tried to register a new account with my new number but it tells me I already have an account with that number which I’m assuming is my old one. But when I log into my old account it’s still attached to my old phone. Is there a way you can delete that number from that account and attach my new number to my old account including he account holders account

@Rahmao652  You’ll need to call customer services to have your email address wiped from EE system as your trying to login to an account that has nothing todo with your new number or that account that this number new is on.

alternatively, set up a new account with a different email address.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I presume you upgraded to the new phone from the old phone as the existing ("old") a/c is registered to your existing no.

MyEE is attached to a mobile no., not any particular phone. So continue using the existing ("old") a/c & the phone associated with it will catch up after you access the app from the new phone.
