I just want to check my account, nothing now showing. Bills, data usage etc

Hi Sunderland I’ve had this problem for a couple of months on the app on my iPhone I couldn’t find the billing bit on the app it had disappeared I went on the app earlier today & at the bottom of the screen it should say manage click on that & it will take you to your billing & your find your info there

Hi @JA3719 

You should be able to see your usage from the main screen. There's a tile that should show you your remaining data allowance and when it resets. There's an option on there to 'see full usage' too.

Thanks for all your help. Had tried customer services was on for 30mins and they couldn’t get it to work so came on here. Don’t know what happened in the meantime but all of a sudden it worked so all fine now thanks
