It says I’m not the account holder when I am ?

Have you set yourself up as the account holder in settings?

Our Customer Care team can help to set you up as the account holder if you're having trouble.

I've 2 accounts on EE for myself and my partner, yet when I log into my account to gift data, it says I'm not the account holder? So frustrating !!

If you are the account holder but your My EE account is set as a user please give us a call and our mobile care team will help change this for you.
