Why is EE saying I am not the account holder and can I change this without calling?

It says that becase you set your online account up incorrectly. 

Log into your online account Menu - Account Settings - Manage Numbers and change your settings.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
