Account holder

Hi my account is saying i am not the account holder making it impossible for me to shop

Welcome to the community,

If you are the account holder, I would suggest ringing customer service to sort this out, if you cannot do this via the website, or if it is showing someone else the account holder, you may be able to get them to change it.

Are you able to change your account to the 'bill payer' in the manage numbers section of your My EE account?
