Hi so just wondering if anyone could help:
I am the bill payer of my current phone (iphone6s) and am looking to upgrade, but when I go to the site it says that I need to check with the account holder?
To clarify, my mum I'm assuming USED to be my account holder but it was all switched to me years ago and my mum is no longer with EE. If I put in her email then it redirects to my account, where once again it says I need to talk to my account holder. I'm unsure of what I need to do?

Can you change it in your online MyEE under Menu > A/C Settings > Manage numbers to "Yes, I am the Account holder"?
