Hi trying to look at my upgrades and apparently I am not the account holder?

@Bethanywest1   You set your setup in your account as a user not the bill payer.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

To switch from user to bill payer, please login to My EE and go to Account settings > Manage numbers.
