I've previously had an EE pay as you go phone, now no longer used. I've switched my BT mobile to EE today, keeping my number (received Sim, installed and operational). However I can't change the number associated with account to my mobile number.

On MyEE how do I remove the old account associated with the redundant pay as you go and change the phone number on the new account to my mobile number instead of the pay as you go.

Small details but frustrating that I don't seem to be able to control my account.

Hi @KenXT

Thanks for coming here.

If you give us a call on 150, the team can remove all the previous details for you, and you will be able to register for a My EE account.

Leanne.

Yes, you 1st Remove the no. from your PAYG a/c. Then you can add the same no. to your new a/c.
