Hi there on my app it says my account is closing and I’m wondering why, I still use my account and need to stop it from closing

I think it's more than likely a mistake, if you haven't requested to cancel, @Scottblacklaw.
I would definitely recommend calling 150 to double check though.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
