Hi there on my app it says my account is closing and I’m wondering why, I still use my account and need to stop it from closing

Are you on contract or pay as you go? What does the message say exactly?

Yes I’m on a contract Chris, this is what comes up when i go to look on my ee

I think it's more than likely a mistake, if you haven't requested to cancel, @Scottblacklaw.

I would definitely recommend calling 150 to double check though.
