I was with we over a year ago and left and decided to come back to we with the same account and email and when I have got my phone and downloaded My EE my app is saying account closed and I have rang up and spoke to the the team and they said it should be up in the next day, but nothing has changed it’s still saying account closed I have tried everythingㅤ any ideas the previous contract I stopped as I didn’t like the phone I had and 2 years later I made a new contract and it’s saying that below everytime I open the app

You need to call CS to delete your old MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired
