Right, I’m at the end of my tether and haven’t got many more avenues to go down. Coming up to 2 months ago I spoke to someone on live chat via the app to remove a broadband account off my account which was made but failed to activate and also try and help me with being able to control my WiFi at home after eventually successfully getting broadband with EE. The person on live chat told me it would take 3 days and it would be sorted. Ever since this conversation with this individual my account has said it is closed and I literally can not do anything with the app because of this. I have 2x contract phones, 1x contract iPad and broadband out with EE but can not do anything with the app. I’ve tried ringing customer services and all I get told is to wait? Why should I wait? I can’t look to add gadgets to my devices because it’s not registering that I have anything out with EE yet I fork out £200 a month nearly to them. Where can I go with this? I was looking at TVs the other day for my house but again I can’t do anything like potentially add them to a device and I’m getting frustrated. I can’t see my bills, I can’t control my WiFi, I can’t look to cancel the contract iPad which is running out next month

@Davej4290 For the iPad contract if you with to terminate that contract you need to call customer support and give 30 days notice of termination you can not do this via the app. As for your account it sounds like they tried to close it and then reopen it to get everything working correctly. Have you spoken to customer support since then ?

That’s absolutely fine but on the app I can see what day I need to give the 30 day notice with ease as it tells you when your contract is up but ringing up you’ve got to go through hopes to actually speak to someone.
regarding speaking to customer support, spoke to them several times and all I’ve been told to do is wait, or that they can see everything on their side so don’t know why it’s not showing on my side and if I wanted to do anything then to just ring them. But again the question is why should I? When I should be able to do most things on the app without having to ring someone. Baring in mind I have 4 children at home so trying to have a time or space to ring anyone is near enough impossible
