Hi
I have the app but it does not recognise the account number on mobile phone bill or order. These are different numbers. An alternative is to give landline number. This is not recognised either.
It is irritating because I cannot manage my package to eg add apple TV or xbox pass.
Called helpline. Was told that 'guide' would talk to manager and ring me back. Did not happen.

Are you trying to link a Broadband a/c? You only need an EE a/c no. for that & it won't be your mobile's a/c no.
