Did you mean:

A new document for your #NAME OF PHONE# device is now available.

So I received a text mesage from 150 today saying....'A new document for your #NAME OF PHONE# device agreement is now available. Log in to ee.co.uk/login to view it, Thanks.'
I log in and can't for the life of me find anything that looks to be revised or new?
I have all of our phones in my account and select the named device (Mine) and look at documents but there is nothing there that is obviously new? Anyone got any ideas on how to see it?

My worry is that my son is in the process of leaving ee (from my account), the PAC Code was requested by me online but i definitely selected his phone no. The switchover date for this is tomorrow and I am now concerned that it's screwed up the leaving part in maybe removing mine instead of his?

Many thanks

Hi @RK_Extreme.

Thanks for coming to the community.

I can understand your concern at getting a text like this when you aren't aware of recent changes.

The first thing is, don't worry about the PAC request being related to it, that wouldn't trigger a text about the device documents.

When was the last time you upgraded or took a new phone on Flex Pay?

Hi @C-jennings Thanks for getting in contact with us and telling us about this.

Have you requested to make any amendments to your plan or device recently?

Thanks for the reply, no I have not requested any changes to my plan that's what made me think it's a suspicious text message.

Thanks for letting me know @C-jennings It does sound odd that you've received a document request when you've not amended anything.

I'd recommend giving us a call so that a guide can get access to your account and investigate further.

To speak to a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
