Smart Wi Fi Pro

The light on my Smart WiFi Pro keeps changing to orange and I lose some of my connections.  If I turn it off and on again it seems to pick up the signal.  Certainly not what I thought I was paying for?  Can anyone help please?

Hi all, I'm having the same problem and I've tried everything. Can't make any calls but can do everything else. I cant use old phone to try the sim as it is broken. Any ideas??
