Hi all,
I’m facing a persistent issue on the EE website after logging in.
Login to ee.co.uk works successfully
I can access my profile without any problem
However, when I click on “Manage” (to view my existing products), I get the following error:
400 Bad Request Request Header Or Cookie Too Large nginx
This effectively blocks access to my account details and defeats the purpose of logging in via the web portal.
Cleared cookies, local storage, and session storage
Tried a fresh login
Issue still persists in the same browser session
Tested in incognito mode → works fine
EE mobile app works without any issues
This suggests it may be related to cookie/session handling or SSO/auth state in a normal browser session.
Called 150 technical support
Was advised to get call on another number due to OTP not coming while on call on another SIM
It’s been over 6 hours and I haven’t received any callback yet
Has anyone else experienced this issue recently?
Is there a known problem with EE’s web authentication or cookie handling?
Any workaround (other than using incognito every time) would be helpful.

Have you tried just refreshing when you get that msg?
