2 months no chance to login

It’s about 2 months that I can’t login and see my account and I’m tired to call with no solution at all. 
 I feel frustrated as it looks like they don’t care about customers and I have been with EE for about 12 years now, but now seriously I start to think to switch as they don’t deserve my loyalty
