The 14 day cooling off period would start from the day your service is due to activate. If you've not received any equipment yet, there's a very good chance we haven't reached this point yet.
Just to be absolutely sure, it's worth checking to make sure the confirmation email hasn't ended up in your spam or junk folder.
If there's still nothing from there, please give our team a call and they can investigate the order further from there.
