You can ring customer service and once given the options press 2 and you should be able to speak to someone.

As @Schockwave mentioned, when you ring on 150 it should initially mention our visual service, but you can bypass this by selecting 2 and it will give you the regular phone menu.

Have you checked the breakdown of your bill, otherwise you will have to speak to customer service, which this is not.
