phone mast at old rifle range kimble has not been working for months. EE unable to provide any information as to when this will be repaired. 4g also not available

When will this be fixed ??? Will it ever be fixed ?? Is there an alternative ?? Are they going to provide a new mast ?? Will they keep taking our money under false pretences ? What is the point of keep sending text messages to say there is a problem. Do they care that this is not only inconvenient but also dangereous when you cannot contact emergency services ? Wifi calling is not alternative in many cases

@sk897  if you need  to call the emergency services this would go through regardless of whether there is an EE must issue in your area. Your device will connect to a different network for this call.

Protracted outages are never ideal, but certainly not intentional either. Timescales for all repairs depend on the nature of the fix required, and thus there may be third party dependencies. EE's sites carry multiple technologies.

EE would soon be criticised for not providing updates.
