I don’t have signal in my house

Is this a recent problem - have you had coverage in your house previously?

If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.

I don’t no because this is my new house. How can I fix it

Did you have indoor coverage when you first viewed your new property? Do you have coverage outdoors? Do you have a working WiFi hotspot indoors?

Unless there's a local fault causing a loss of service, the coverage levels are what they are. Check your coverage levels using the online checker at https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker 

"Check coverage" predicts the normal level of service in your chosen location

"Check service status" searches for known issues in your locality.

No 4g / 5g signal only normal call please help me
