how to remove multi line discount

Hello, 

I tried to upgrade online but it seems that I can't add my EE perks discount because when I logged in the multi line discount automatically applied and there isn't an option for me to remove it. I called customer care team and even them can't help me about it. Is there any other way I could remove it so I could apply my EE perks discount.

Hi I'm having the same issue, it seems that multi line discount is automatically applied when I logged in online and try to upgrade. I called customer care team and they can't help me about it as there isn't an option for me to remove the multi line discount so I could apply my EE perks discount code.

Is there anyone that can help me to remove it?

Do you get an error when you try to add the code while it's showing the multi-plan discount?
