XRaySpeX Can't Login to Community

P0larBear

This is really XRaySpex really. I can't login as myself!

It's logging me in as this user, which is associated with a diff EE a/c for my BB. No matter how much I log this user out & login as XRaySpeX's Community's EE user it always takes me back to this user on the Community.

I got into this bind cuz I temporarily logged into my BB user to look at my bill (which failed) in another window. I done this many times before & when I quit that window it always took me back to my main window unchanged, i.e. still logged into it as XRaySpeX. but not this time.

I fear this has something to do with 2FA which this user doesn't have yet.

@Northerner & @chistery : Thanks both of you. However I'm back in after not doing much. I whiled away as XRaySpeX under a diff Windows user & then came back here. This time when I logged out of the OP user I got an enormous error msg about "Not authorised to do that!" & when I left that I was XRaySpeX again :).

Still there was something funny about it!

Hi @XRaySpeX

It's great to see that you have been able to log back in.

I'm going to flag this with our community managers so it can be looked into further.
