Hi my sim plan ends on the 21st of January 26 and my device plan ends on the 22nd of January 26 if i got a message saying I have options one being upgrade and if I text up to 150 it sais I can upgrade but when on ee online it sais I cant upgrade any help?

If your SIM plan is coming to an end, then you'll be able to upgrade this if you'd like to make some changes. 

If you're unable to complete this online, please call the team directly, and they'll be able to help further.
