Very tired of waiting after waiting on hold by phone or webchat, getting no answer from staff.
Will be switching all my 3 numbers to an alternative.
This could have been avoided, but unless the service improves, more will not be staying

@71MC71 Unfortunately EE doesn’t control the amount of customers calling them at any one time. If there are others in front of you you have to wait till your call can be dealt with.

I appreciate delays can happen, but to waiting over an hour, people cannot be expected to live their lives on hold
