Sim Contract

My EE 12 months sim only contract ends in approximately 3 weeks. I note that the same contract over 24 months is now considerably cheaper than I am paying so want to swap to the new one. Myee doesn't currently give me the option of upgrading to a new sim only contract. Do I need to wait until the point at which the current contract expires, wait for a while longer  or will EE swap me over now if I call them on 150

Always worth a call to discuss, I don't know when the current offers end so if there's one there that you like the look of, best to grab it now. Let us know how you get on!

If you contact CS, they can take your instructions to change to a SIM-only plan anytime 30-days before end of minimum-term. That instruction is likely to take effect at the end of your minimum-term.
