Hello community 

I have couple of weeks waiting for the return label but I didn’t receive so now they asking me for 85 pounds because of that. I didn’t return because i need the return label and also i didn’t receive a QR that i have to saw on the rayal mail .

please i need to know what i have to do in this situation
