Request in person interview

I've been invited to a one-way video interview. Unfortunately, I am physically unable to complete my interview via this method.  Is there a way to request an in-person or telephone interview?

I'd have thought that's a question you should ask of the person requesting the interview.

Out of interest, what's the reason for not wanting a video interview?
