Hi I want to leave positive feedback for an advisor I spoke to just now. Cassian her name may have been. I was frustrated following a previous call which was not helpful and she sorted things out today which was great.

I would also like to provide positive feedback for a representative who has been incredibly helpful resolving a complex issue, however, I have not received a survey following any of our dialogue, please could I be sent one?

Thanks for getting back to me.
I would like to recognise Ann who works out of your Enniskillen office.
Ann has provided outstanding service fixing several issues that arose after I was transferred from the BT system to EE and with some charging errors. The transition was very problematic (your system errors) and although there were no changes to the services, the switch was messed up.
Ann managed the resolution professionally, which included several pre booked calls, all of which were made on time and she was well prepared with work undertaken ahead of the scheduled updates.
Please acknowledge Ann for her support and outstanding customer service.
