So it looks like a lot of people have come here to find a way to give positive feedback relating to customer service. Having experienced excellent help and support from Ronnie this evening, particularly as he went above and beyond what I even called about originally, he absolutely deserves recognition for his work.
Can we find a way to make it just as easy to give positive feedback as it is to file a complaint? The same form is probably all that’s needed with a tick box of whether it’s compliment or complaint so they can be sorted to the relevant people.
anyway, if there is a way I can give some feedback via private message for Ronnie I’d really appreciate it!

I told him on the call how helpful he’d been and asked whether the review texts are automatic or not but apparently they’re just sent at random.
it’s a shame there seems to be so much positivity and I wonder whether it’s being seen by the relevant people it’s about and their managers- especially when in this day and age you often hear all the complaints and none of the compliments, it doesn’t help that there doesn’t even seem to be an option other than complaining!

The Community staff will often feedback your comments about a particular EE employee after PM'ing you for more private contact details about the individual.

That’s what I’m hoping for! Just seems a very convoluted way to do things and there could be a much simpler solution 🤷🏻♀️
