Hi there, hope this is ok to do (not sure where else to do this on).

I’d just like to pass some feedback on to EE with their store in Wrexham. 
I’ve recently had some issues with the products/some of the services with EE. I’ve visited this store twice in short period of time and have been served by the same worker (Chloe)  for each of them visits. As someone who is bad with technology and has bad anxiety, Chloe was fab with me. Really down to earth and really helpful when it came to helping me upgrade and sort any of the issues I was having. The other day she helped me upgrade my phone and got me a good deal which was amazing and it seemed more value for my money as I was currently paying alot already and not getting much out of it all. Then when I got home the new phone wouldn’t charge or turn on, I obviously panicked/got stressed but I visited the store again the next day and she really did go above and beyond to help ease my mind with it all. After sorting out another phone for me she sorted it all the paper work out and then offered to double check it was working while I was there with her which I was really thankful for as I know it was a busy day there in store and little things like that I really appreciate.

Thank you so much for stopping by to share the experience that you had with Chloe. I'm so happy that they were able to help you in such a way. 

I can only imagine how difficult this must have been for you, but those little steps that Chloe took can make it that bit easier.
