Order process so confusing

hey. I find EE order process confusing it’s not clear if an orders been accepted or not? 

I’ve received a text from DPD saying they are expecting it, does this mean it’s accepted ?

If you’ve received an order confirmation from EE and a text from DPD advising they are expecting your parcel, this means your order is being processed.

You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account on the EE website.

DPD will contact you once your device is ready for delivery. If you haven’t already, I recommend downloading the DPD app. It allows you to track your parcel, receive notifications, and manage delivery options easily.
