I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the network in your area.
It's great that you have alerts set up as when an update on the fix is available this will be provided to you.
I understand how frustrating this must be and that you wish to discuss a refund. The best way to do this would be by speaking with our customer care team who can take a further look at your account.

@Michelle193 Did you read the contract T&Cs ? No network can provide a 365 day service across the network as issues do
