I have a company phone with o2. I want to buy a £15 subscription to EE as I have a spare handset. I will need a new number and SIM card, how do I do this please as when I checking out it says to transfer my number over which I dont want to do. Help

You dont need to do that just ignore the tick box that asks you to transfer your number... and proceed to the end of the order...
