I Have a problem when trying to connect with the Lotto web site Multiple devices receive ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH when accessing the National Lottery over EE mobile data. The same devices work on another mobile network. The problem disappears when traffic is routed through a VPN. How do I check for Content Lock, filtering, DNS, or routing issues affecting my connection to national-lottery.co.uk.

@RussM26 : Gambling implies Adult! EE's Content Lock is being applied to adult sites. Are you on contract or PAYG?
