Hi @XRaySpeX,

Thanks for the post.  I have tried the same route as you with both my main profile and a test profile and am unable to replicate the error you are seeing.

I will raise a case into Khoros but just before I do that, would you mind testing this on a different web browser, please?

Cheers

Sean

@Sean_D : It is working on FF. It is now working on Chrome (my usual Community browser) but failed just before my post at least 6 times.

EDIT: Whilst writing this, fault has returned twice on Chrome & once on FF. Obviously unreliable.

BTW: It has always been v. slow to connect to Subscription. FF shows it is connecting to/waiting for http://collection.decibelinsight.net .

Thanks for checking this @XRaySpeX,

I will raise a ticket now with Khoros and have them investigate.  Intermittent issues are always the hardest to pin down but I will ask them to take a look and also seek an explanation for the speed in which you connect to this particular settings option.

As soon as I have a reply I will drop you an update.

Cheers

@Sean_D : It seems that a lot of spasmodic faults are appearing today. I just had another where in the middle of a writing a reply post the whole post disappeared & was replaced by some error msg which I never captured as I repeated the post successfully.

Something's gone wrong with PMs. I'm trying to Reply to your last PM to me. I type but I can't post it. Also Expand doesn't.

@Sean_D : The reason I'm looking at my Subscriptions is that I want to find where I'm Subscribed to a certain thread. I have 1553 pages of Subscriptions but I see no way of searching them. Is there?

I keep getting notifications for the thread Live chat with EE but looking at that thread I don't see where I'm Subscribed to it by the OP or any of my posts. Why? How can I remove my Subscription?

Hi @XRaySpeX,

I don't believe there is a facility to search your subscription although that would be a very handy feature indeed.

Have you tried going to the thread in question and then from the thread options, using the 'unsubscribe' option.  See image below

Subs.png

IF you are not seeing this option then where it says 'Unsubscribe' it will read 'Subscribe' so if that is the case this will need to be another ticket to Khoros to explain why you are subscribed in the first place.  Let me know

Cheers

Thanks, @Sean_D . Sorry, I'm being stupid. I looked for Unsubscribe in individual posts' options but forgot to look in the overall Options.

Good morning @XRaySpeX ,

Khoros have investigated and said that they found some 'exceptions' in their logs.  They have completed a restart of Community from their end which they hope will fix the issue.

I appreciate this issue is intermittent but would you mind testing this again please and letting me know if you have seen any improvement?

Cheers

Sean
