Buggy Notifications

The notifications seem to be quite buggy recently. Email notifications are working fine but the built-in notifications don't work, and I'm missing replies because of it.

On my notification feed, the last item is from 1:47pm. But I have emails in my inbox as recent as 2:23pm!

I've checked my settings and I'm set up to receive all notifications on both email and online.

Any ideas?

  1. You've checked your notification settings but have you checked your board subscriptions? Are you subscribed to the "General Chat", "Offers & Add-ons" & "SIM cards & Porting" boards. 
  2. What notification setting do you reckon triggers "You helped so&so"? I've never seen this altho' I do get "So&So helped you".
