I took out a sim at the beginning of December haven’t been able to see anything on the app or online it says iv already linked the number. I have contacted EE on numerous occasions to be told that it’s a small issue but timescale on when it will be fixed. I was told at first to wait as I was a new customer but it’s been 3 months since iv joined and still can’t see anything. Going on holiday soon abroad so would really like it to be fixed. Anyone still having the same issue?
