I just want to say a massive thank you to EE Team members Derek & Nikki (I hope that's how they both spell their names).
I work with a charity offering support to older folk with their technology.
Today the Lady I was assisting is in her mid 90's and very hard of hearing. Both Derek & Nikki went to great lengths to sort out her texting issue when she moved to EE from another provider.
Thank you both for your great patience.

Sadly I don’t have their last names.
I rang on behalf my Age Uk customer who is very hard of hearing and has just joined you from O2.
Texting is vital to her and she wasn’t able to send or receive. Derek passed us onto Nikki who helped us to reset her network settings which sorted the problem.
I hope this helps you to identify/find them.
