I have never been so frustrated at trying to get to speak to a person at EE.

I really would like to say how bad the pathway to getting to speak to a person is.  Step up ee. You charge high rates for very poor customer service.

Please add option on the phone for person to person.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had speaking with our team. If you call us and choose option 2 you should be able to get straight through to the team, or choose option 1 to use our text service to get connected.
