  • Im actually shocked at the level of incompetence and attitude from EE customer care. 

 

Been trying to upgrade since yesterday morning (8/8/2025) Spent 2 hours online to get an upgrade sorted. Finally been told its all done (docs signed and payment made) and the phone will be couriered to my local EE shop for collection the following day. 

 

Low and behold, that never happened even after 3 different advisors told me it will. Decided to cancel order and go into the shop. 2 hours later, a second payment made and docs signed, and I can't get the phone because of a problem with my account! 

 

Lastly, spoke to another advisor telling me there's no point in making a complaint about this as nothing will come from it and the tech department won't be in till Monday and I need to wait till then. Im now over £200 out of pocket and NO upgrade. 

 

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING CUSTOMER CARE!!!

I'm really sorry to hear of your experience, it's not what we would expect. You can absolutely make a complaint should you wish to, this may not speed up the issue being resolved but your disappointment in the way the order has went can be addressed.
