I would like to provide positive feedback to a customer service representative called Liam eho is poke to today.
Is there a way that I can report the excellent service that was provided by Liam to his superiors in order for him to get the recognition that he deserves?
It would mean a lot to me to provide him with this feedback because he really is a diamond in the rough!
